Boundaries are the dividing lines between people, the limits that define selfhood and identity. Boundaries are also protective limits that prevent abuse and unwanted liberties. Learn why it is important to understand and follow clear professional boundaries so you can help your clients succeed while protecting yourself. Discover why "no" may be the best answer you can give.

About the presenter:
Warren Bird has worked in the Social Service field for over 25 years. He is a Masters Level Behavior Specialist, and has been employed as an Administrator of an Assisted Living facility as well as a State Case Manager Supervisor. He is currently an In-Home Case Manager for Clackamas County.
